ULTIMATE STROLLER -
Bring your baby and stroller with you! This full
body workout will challenge your body and get you back into
shape! Get outdoors for an intense workout to relieve the
stresses of a busy day!
ULTIMATE STRENGTH -
Change in your boaring strength training routine for
an ultimate strength training class outdoors. This class will
challenge your upper and lower body using weights and bands as well
as your own body weight as resistance. Build lean muscle mass
to increase your calorie burn throughout the
day!
BASIC TRAINING
Basic Training
is an outdoor bootcamp style fitness class designed to get you
results. Run, shuffle and jump, improve speed, agility,
and endurance while being motivated and inspired. No quitting,
the only option is to become stronger and work harder while
having fun! All ages and fitness abilities are welcome to
attend. If you aren't being pushed you are only cheating
yourself. What to expect:
- Build cardiovascular
endurance
- Tone, sculpt and strengthen
upper and lower body
- Improve speed, agility and
endurance through sport specific drills
- Lose inches, weight, and
body fat while gaining confidence and reaching your
goals
- Be held accountable when you
make excuses
- Understand how to fuel your
body for optimal performance
ULTIMATE YOGA
Ultimate Yoga is a challenging
Power Yoga class that will build strength while stretching and
lengthening every muscle in your body. During this class you
will move through a wide variety of challenging yoga poses that will
not only stretch and open tight areas, but will also build strength
and muscle tone. Each class starts with poses designed to warm
the body and loosen our most stiff areas such as the hamstrings and
calves. Then move forward into challenging and creative
sequences that will really get your heart pumping. Certain
standing and lunge poses will be held for a length of time, allowing
you to feel the burn in your thighs, abs, arms and other parts of
the body. You will definitely feel the results the next
day.
Ultimate Yoga is the perfect
addition to your strength training, running, cycling and other
fitness activites. This class is open to all ability levels as
modifications will be given to accomodate each individual's
needs.

Red
Rocks
From downtown Denver take I-70
West. Exit 259. Turn left off Exit 259, going toward Red
Rocks Amphitheater. Go approximately 1 mile down the road and
you will see an entrance into
Red Rocks. Turn right into Red Rocks and follow the road to
the Upper North Parking Lot. The Upper North Parking Lot is
just below the Visitor Center. We meet in amphitheatre at
approx row 48 at 8:00
a.m.
Commons Park

Commons
Park is on the Northwest corner of 15th Street and Little Raven
Street in Downtown Denver. Going south on I-25, exit 20th
Street. Take 20th Street to Little Raven Street. Turn
right on Little Raven Street toward 15th Street. We meet at
the bottom of the Millennium Bridge near Zengos

Denver
Cuernavaca Park is located on
the North side of 20th Street and Little Raven Street in
Downtown Denver (across 20th street from the Denver Skate Park in
front of the Flour Mill Lofts). Going south on
I-25, exit 20th Street go left toward Little Raven Street.
Turn left at Little Raven Street into the circle drive (not a

We meet on the Northwest corner of Wash
Park. The cross streets are Virginia and Downing. From
I-25 South take the Broadway exit. Turn left onto S. Lincoln
St. Trun right onto E Ohio Ave. Turn right onto S.

Westminster City Park
Westminster City Park is located on Sheridan and 104th in
Westminster . From I-25 take the Boulder Turnpike and exit
Sheridan. Go right on Sheridan (north). Cross over 104th
and make your next left into Westminster City Park. Take an
immediate right toward the soccer fields and the park/lake. We
meet at the bottom of the stairs right next to the soccer
