One on One Personal Training

Flexibility in any of my programs is the key to your success.  Together we will determine the number of sessions you will need  each week to reach your goals.  During your one on one personal training you will weigh in weekly.  I will also take measurements and body fat monthly.  Because nutrition is a huge part of fitness you will also need to log your food daily so that we can make necessary changes to your nutrition.  Via phone and email you will also have 24 hour access to me so that you don't have to wait for the next appointment to get your questions answered.
