Basic Training
at Red Rocks
You've climbed
stairs, shuffled and swayed at Red Rocks. Now add a little running, jumping,
a few squats and lunges and you've got a full-on workout. Trainer Denise
Tryner takes her basic training group - drop ins are welcome - to the outdoor
amphitheater every other Saturday at 8 a.m. for an eye-opening 90-minute
workout. The spectacular scenery provides a psychic jump-start, and working
out on the Rocks proves that you don't need a fancy gym or expensive gear
to get into the fitness groove.
