DENISE TRYNER
I plan to motivate and inspire each and
every individual I work with to live their best
life. I have over 5 years of
experience teaching both
indoor and outdoor fitness classes as well as group and private
personal training. Finding proper balance in exercise and
nutrition is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. A few of
my passions are running road races, triathlons, hiking, swimming,
biking and racing around after my two beautiful little
girls. I work with clients building speed and endurance
so that they continue to push themselves to the next level while
reaching all of the their short and long term goals.
I am an
American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness
Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and NESTA Certified
Nutritionist with a true passion for fitness. I take every
opportunity to broaden my knowledge of the fitness industry through
seminars, continuing education and conferences. This has led
me to achieve certifications in BodyPump, AAAI Aqua, and Mat
Pilates. As an exercise specialist, it is my personal mission
to help people achieve and maintain a healthier, more active
lifestyle through education, motivation, exercise and
nutrition.
During my past, very fulfilling, 5 years in the
industry I have trained and coached clients of all different
fitness levels which has helped me to understand that each one of my
clients is an individual with diverse needs. I also took on
the opportunity to work with 10 "moms" from the Rocky Mountain News
Fitness Challenge. I worked closely with them for six months
to change their lives and transform their bodies. Not 1 of
them was able to quit, only able to get to the end while enjoying
and learning about themselves during the journey. Since the
first challenge I have had the privilege to work with couples,
families, co-workers and individuals in following fit
challenges through the Rocky Mountain News. I truly
motivate and support each one of my clients and know the importance
of building a strong, solid relationship. Together we
always move forward to conquer any hurdle and cross the "finish
line". I know the power of being positive; I feel there
is no room or time for negative attitudes. I will
inspire you to reach your goals and force you to strive for new
ones, never just settling for mediocre. With my experience in
Personal Training, my wide range of fitness classes that I instruct
both indoors and outdoors, as well as my knowledge in nutrition, my
clients get results. The fulfillment I get from helping others
achieve their health and fitness goals and watching others
experience the passion to improve is amazing. There is just
something exhilarating about motivating someone to push their body
to its physical limit. I am dedicated to providing you with
quality instruction and the most current information available in
the fields of nutrition and exercise science. I have the
experience to design a program to help you reach your goals, both
short and long term and the energy and passion to keep you motivated
and on track to living a healthy, happy and balanced
life.
JAMIE KENT
Jamie Kent is a Yoga Alliance certified Power Yoga instructor. She is also the owner and founder of YogaDownload.com, a website that sells downloadable yoga classes that can be played on your iPod. Jamie has a true passion for yoga – it is a part of her everyday life. She strongly believes in its ability to have a profound effect on ones life, and loves to help people realize it’s potential. Jamie is known for her challenging and creative yoga classes as well as her easy-to-follow descriptions and cues. She pays particular attention to correct alignment and connecting the breath with each movement. She is compassionate and encouraging in her classes and guides her students to find the same strength, focus and self acceptance her practice has helped her to find. Jamie is dedicated to providing unique and fun yoga classes that challenge her students while providing them with complete head-to-toe fitness, both inside and out.

Exercise has been a part of who I am since I was a young girl growing up in Maine. I have always ben very physical and active, but it is only until recently that I decided to share my passion for fitness by becoming a certified instructor. I am focused on helping people make fitness and healthy living a part of their lives and thoroughly enjoy every minute of it.
